Olga Kondratjeva
Olga Kondratjeva, originally from Lithuania, currently works at the Social Policy Institute at Washington University in St. Louis, where she conducts research that examines the issues of household financial security and well-being, both in the U.S. and internationally. Previously, her work and research focused on the topics of financial capability, microfinance, and cash transfer programs in the U.S., Nepal, Russia, Peru, and South Africa. Olga moved to Washington in 2020, and she looks forward to exploring the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, she enjoys going on long runs, trying out new desserts, traveling, and going on strenuous hikes.
