Taylor Mills

Taylor Mills is a regional director for North East Asia and North America in the Global Strategy and Market Development organization at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In this role, he leads the development and execution of Boeing strategies across China, Japan, South Korea and North America.

Mills previously served in the Supply Chain organization at Commercial Airplanes, leading a team focused on the development of Chinese suppliers. He was responsible for driving the strategy and execution of work transfers, and was also responsible for multiple supplier negotiations that resulted in millions of dollars of work being placed in China.

Mills joined Boeing in 2010 after earning bachelor’s degrees in government and history at Eastern Washington University.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
