Cristina Siserman-Gray

Cristina Siserman-Gray is an international lawyer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory specialized in arms control and nonproliferation. On the Legal Frameworks Technical Team/ GSTP at PNNL she contributes to the legal and regulatory aspects on nuclear security and safeguards, as well as on the nonproliferation of CBRN, by supporting projects for the Department of Energy, Department of Defense and Department of State. Prior to PNNL, she worked in various legal and policy positions for international organizations, including the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). In these capacities, she supported foreign technical assistance related to implementation and verification of international treaties and agreements and contributed to the delivery of international trainings for diplomats, national regulators, military and law enforcement authorities. Cristina holds an LLM in Law from University of Washington, a M. Sc. in Cognitive Science from University of Vienna, and a J.D from Babes-Bolyai University.
