Ina Chong

Ina Chong is a senior at the University of Washington, concentrating on studying international studies and Asian languages. Before immigrating to the United States, Ina went through the educational system in South Korea and discovered her interest in language and culture through experiencing the power of communication. She continuously put efforts into connecting to the broader community and searched for various methods to experience diversity within the country.

Her experience in studying different aspects of international relations and connection to diverse cultures made her passionate about leading children to broaden their horizons no matter their environment. Ina spent her school years participating in various cultural clubs to give students opportunities to experience a new culture and organizing events to connect differing people. In her free time, she enjoys watching documentaries and drama, finding new music, and playing with her cat.
