Minority Lawyers for Justice (MOPI): Five legal professionals from the United Kingdom are coming to Seattle to examine the U.S. legal system and the approach to protecting human rights and the legal rights of marginalized communities and individuals.
The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative Fellowship Program (YTILI) is funded by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by WorldChicago in partnership with the World Affairs Council.
Young Transatlantic Leaders Initiative (YTILI): Using entrepreneurship as a tool for economic development, YTILI promotes mutual understanding, enhances business and leadership skills, and builds lasting partnerships between business leaders from Europe and the United States. Six entrepreneurs from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Finland, the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden will collaborate with Seattle-based organizations and businesses through a month-long Fellowship and explore the U.S. entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The Secure and Sustainable Infrastructure Program (SSIP) is an initiative of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs administered by CRDF Global in partnership with World Affairs Council.
Secure and Sustainable Infrastructure Program (SSIP): Seattle is the first stop for eight professionals in the energy sector from Bangladesh, Fiji, Nepal, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka participating in the first cohort of the inaugural SSIP program. They are learning about new approaches and strategies toward securing a clean energy future.
