Ryan Foster

Ryan is an HR & Operations Coordinator at the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Investments and Partnerships in Seattle, WA, where they contribute to advancing responsible forest management and supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Management from Western Washington University, Ryan brings extensive experience in program administration, workforce development and project management. Before joining FSC, Ryan served as a Program Manager at Amazon, where they created and managed a HR internship program to develop sustainable recruitment pipelines and professional development workshops. At Apprenti, they managed a nationwide Registered Apprenticeship Program and conducted over 500 behavioral interviews, showcasing their skills in candidate management and relationship building with diverse stakeholders. As a World Affairs Council Fellow, they aim to deepen their understanding of global issues and leverage this opportunity to drive impactful change within their community and beyond.
