Streamlined Investor Visa Strategies
September 27th, 2018 9:30AM -10:30AM
U.S. immigration law is complex, but there are a number of visa options for entrepreneurs and those interested in business investment and ownership. It is not necessary to invest $500,000 and wait years for an EB-5 visa. The Seattle Trade Development Alliance is hosting a seminar that will focus on alternative strategies for investors.
Speaker: Diane Butler
Diane M. Butler is a partner in the Seattle firm, Davis Wright Tremaine, where she focuses on business immigration. Before law school, she graduated from the University of Wyoming, worked on Capitol Hill, then worked in Shanghai for a Canadian law firm. She went on to receive her law degree from George Washington University. Diane is director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Board of Governors. She has an active cross border practice and enjoys troubleshooting problem cases. In her spare time, she likes to play jazz on her accordion.
The program begins at 9:30, but feel free to arrive early at 9:00 for networking and registration.
