Jerrol Golden

Jerrol Golden is currently Deputy Director, International Public Relations at Holland America Line, where she has played a key role in building media and consumer brand awareness for the cruise line in key international markets. She also creates and executes international media events, PR Plans and hosts and manages TV crews and journalists on press trips. Jerrol earned a B.S. in Food Science from University of Wisconsin-Stout and a MBA in International Marketing from America Graduate School of International Management (AKA Thunderbird). Jerrol is well traveled and possesses global curiosity, having explored over 100 countries. She spent time in the Peace Corps in Zaire, Africa, (now known as Democratic Republic of Congo) and sailed on Semester at Sea.
