Ryan Nichols

Ryan Nichols joined the Aero Law Group in 2017. His practice includes representing clients in the purchase, sale, lease, and exchange of business and commercial aircraft. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nichols was Corporate Counsel and principal transactional attorney for Rightside Group, Ltd. and lead attorney responsible for the second largest domain name registrar business in the world. He also served as Corporate Counsel and principal transactional attorney for Demand Media, Inc. (now known as Leaf Group Ltd.) and lead attorney responsible for two leading Software as a Service (SaaS) products. Mr. Nichols was also integral in the tax-free spin-off of Demand Media's domain name services business.

Mr. Nichols holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and Bachelor's degrees in both Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington. He is a member of the state bar of Washington. In his free time, Mr. Nichols enjoys mountaineering, running, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
