Elisabeth Wright

Elisabeth Wright holds an adjunct faculty position with The Rand Corporation in Washington D.C. She has a significant background in international governance and defense institution building as an educator and Department of Defense consultant. Elisabeth is an internationally recognized expert in defense acquisition and program execution; educator and speaker at international conferences; and published author in the field of defense acquisition and risk management. She leads teams in long term engagements in over 50 countries focusing on institutional reform, transparency, and ethics. Elisabeth is a White House Fellow with a Doctorate in Public Administration from University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy.
