Benjamin Uhlmann
Benjamin is a third year undergraduate student at Seattle University working toward a degree in International Studies. He was born in California, but grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii. After a couple of years attending community college in Hawaii, Benjamin developed an interest in International Studies, particularly in the role that the United States plays in the world. After completing community college, Benjamin was able to take a break from classes to visit Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Iceland. During the summer, Benjamin was an orientation advisor for Seattle University and had a direct role in welcoming the largest first year class in the school's history. Benjamin loves to meet and engage with new people and to gain different insights from the people he meets. During his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching sporting events with friends, and hanging out at the local coffee shops. After undergraduate school, Benjamin hopes to attend law school and potentially work with international law.
