Koki Sato
Koki is a senior undergraduate student at the University of Washington majoring in International Studies, with interests in U.S.-Japan relations and political economy. As an intern for the World Affairs Council, Koki is excited to gain experience working within a non-profit. After he graduates, Koki hopes to use what he has learned in the Jackson School to work at a research institute that focuses on U.S.-Asia relations. During his Junior year, Koki went on a year long study abroad to Keio University in Tokyo, Japan where he studied International Political Economy in Japanese. In addition to Japan, Koki has traveled to South Korea, Hong Kong and Australia. Koki also works at Tengu Sushi, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, as a server. In his free time, Koki likes to read, exercise, spend time with friends, and watch the Mariners.
