Jean-David Larson

Jean-David is the chief operating officer of Pugh Capital Management, joining the firm in February 2019 from Russell Investments where he led teams across multiple asset classes, geographies, and areas of corporate functions including as Chief of Staff to two of Russell’s recent CEOs. Jean-David joined Pugh Capital to lead the firm’s strategic planning, investment operations, compliance, finance, legal, technology, and human resources. Prior to joining Russell, he was involved in private legal practice in Seattle. He earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina followed with a law degree from Duke Law School. Jean-David has also studied at the London School of Economics and Hong Kong University. Jean-David has lived in London, Hong Kong, France, and Sweden, speaks French and Swedish fluently, and is a dual French and American citizen.
