Maddie Orser
Maddie is the Program Manager on the External Affairs and Executive Communications team at Microsoft. This is a small team that works to advance Microsoft’s priorities through the strategic management of Microsoft President Brad Smith’s executive engagements and cross-company initiatives. Maddie started at Microsoft in 2012 in the Microsoft DC office on the US Government Affairs team. She was the logistics lead for US government affairs initiatives including Microsoft’s presence at the 2016 Republican and Democratic National Conventions; the Cascadia Innovation Corridor; and MSPAC. Maddie received her Master’s in European History from American University and her bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Vermont. She grew up in Seattle, Washington.
