Community Reception with Ethiopian Regional Government Leaders

Join us for a special evening reception as we celebrate linking community from across the world, to right here in Seattle! From 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 12th join the World Affairs Council as we welcome a dignified group of government leaders from the Sidama Region State of Ethiopia, including the Mayor of the City of Hawassa, who are traveling to the United States through an "On-Demand" International Visitor Leadership program to examine best practices in government leadership and public administration, as well as strategies related to economic development at the local and state level. All are welcome to attend to celebrate as we connect Ethiopia's leaders with the diaspora in and around Seattle!

Refreshments and Ethiopian catering will be provided.
