Brad Near is CEO of Rainier Recruiting, a Seattle area executive recruiting company that offers boutique staffing and recruiting services. Rainier Recruiting has been named a "best workplace" and the #3 small business to work for by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2017. Brad was also a"40 under 40" award winner in 2019. A Seattle native, Brad is a certified EMT and member of Seattle Mountain Rescue, an all-volunteer team of mountain rescue professionals. Brad has been involved in 50+ life-saving rescues.
