Charlotte Flanagan

Charlotte is currently supporting DocuSign’s Global Diversity and Inclusion efforts as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. She has been focused on D&I for the past 5 years leading efforts at Alaska Airlines, SAP Concur and now DocuSign. She graduated from University of Washington and has spent the last 13 years in a variety of HR roles focused on Employee Experience, Leadership Training & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and of course Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to joining DocuSign in June of this year, she spent 2 years with SAP Concur and 10 ½ years with Alaska Airlines where she learned the importance of having a balanced focus on people and the business. Charlotte is passionate about supporting a purpose-driven and inclusive culture – one where people show up as their authentic self so they can do the best and most rewarding work of their career. Charlotte and her husband, John, live in Kirkland with their two young kids – Jack (5) and Harper (3).
