Christina Greene
Christina Greene began her time at the World Affairs Council in October 2024. As the Director of Development, Christina seeks to build meaningful relationships that inspire philanthropic giving to the World Affairs Council.
Christina has an extensive background in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining the Council, Christina worked at several nonprofits, notably, she was the Foundation Officer for Operations and Engagement and Major Gifts Officer at the Pierce County Library Foundation, Interim Development & Operations Manager at NAMI Seattle, Associate Director at Performing Arts Center Eastside, Special Events Manager at Providence General Foundation Everett, and a Board Member of SMASH (Seattle Musicians Access to Sustainable Healthcare). She began her nonprofit career at the Washington State Historical Society/History Museum.
Christina has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University, a certificate in Arts and Nonprofit Management from Seattle Central College, a certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Washington, and a certificate in Human Resource Management from Pierce College. In her free time, she enjoys reading, needlecrafts, and Western Swing dancing.
