Clint Foss

Clint Foss is a Partner in the corporate practice group of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, an international law firm. Clint’s practice is focused on helping clients achieve strategic business goals through complex commercial transactions, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Clint’s clients include major U.S. and international airlines, technology and e-commerce companies, and aerospace, automotive and electronics manufacturers. Prior to joining Dorsey, Clint worked for over five years for The Boeing Company in finance and contract management roles.
