Courtney Emerson

Courtney Emerson is a Strategy Officer within the Global Policy & Advocacy team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was an Expert Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where her projects focused on client transformation as well as culture & change efforts. Courtney is also the co-founder of the All In Together Campaign, a nonpartisan nonprofit committed to closing gender gaps in civic and political participation in the U.S., and published her first book, ‘After You Vote: A Woman’s Guide to Making an Impact, from Town Hall to Capitol Hill’, in January 2021. Courtney graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Politics and certificate in Near Eastern Studies.
