Emma Hansen
Emma is a recent graduate of Seattle University, earning a double degree in Political Science and Journalism, with a minor in International Studies. Having worked in the Senate, for NPR, and in many leadership positions at her university, Emma is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and experience at the World Affairs Council. As a student, Emma’s work was published in the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal, which explores the use of preferred pronouns in K-12 classrooms. She is an avid traveler, having visited 25 countries so far, and a dual citizen with the United States and Denmark, already looking forward to wherever her next trip takes her. Emma was born in Reno, NV and has enjoyed spending the last five years in Seattle, exploring the city, finding the best restaurants, and getting used to all the rain.
