Francesca O’Malley

Making change, at any scale, is a passion Francesca has regularly pursued throughout not only her personal life, but her professional life as well. Although born, raised, and educated in Seattle, Francesca has made a point to learn about all corners of the world through travel, career and education. She excels in communication, project management, and event organization. Passionate about social change, education, and global development, Francesca has channeled this enthusiasm in all aspects of her career. She has worked in organizations of varying sizes—from growing startups to large legal practices.

Francesca has provided expert project support for high‐profile clients such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Simons Foundation, and Jet Set Sports.

Prior to Tiller, Francesca excelled in the sports sector. After leading and developing tennis programs in Seattle, she worked to revolutionize fundraising for schools, while building a talent pool raising over $175 million for sports teams, the fine arts, and other extra‐curricular activities across the country.

Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington.
