Josh Glasstetter
Josh Glasstetter is a veteran communications strategist and Principal at Insightment, where he advises mission-driven companies and nonprofits on achieving their communications and policy goals. His clients include Wikipedia, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, AllSides, and the nation's leading cannabis industry trade organization. He also recently cofounded Proportional, a digital security consultancy for individuals with heightened risk profiles. From 2017 through 2021, Josh led a team of six strategists at West End Strategy Team in Washington, DC. In that role, he advised a roster of high-profile clients including the Knight Foundation, U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, International Crisis Group, J Street, Physicians for Human Rights, and Nobel Peace Laureate Tawakkol Karman. Josh previously served in senior roles at the Southern Poverty Law Center and People For the American Way. He studied government at Cornell University and relocated to Seattle in 2023 after nearly two decades in Washington, DC.
