Julianna Patterson
Julianna Patterson is originally from Lawrence, KS and moved to Seattle in 2017. She attended the University of Kansas where she triple-majored in Religious Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies ( Humanities tract), and Global and International Studies with a specialization in South Asia. During her time as an undergraduate, she was able to travel to India where she participated in an intensive Hindi language and culture program over the course of a month and a half.
Julianna’s interest in learning about the human experience and helping others has led her to the World Affairs Council, where she hopes to gain more insight on opportunities to create positive impact on a global scale with an ultimate goal of becoming a researcher. Julianna is firm believer in the power of knowledge and education and is hoping to use these as platforms to help make a difference in the world one day. Outside of work, her hobbies are reading, writing, teaching dance, singing, hiking, and enjoying anime, movies, and comics.
