Justin Benitez
Originally from Bellevue, WA, Justin holds dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School. After spending his early career in the entertainment industry working on projects including the Academy Award-winning film “Spotlight,” he joined a political consulting firm developing media and live event strategies for state and national-level campaigns including Senator Raphael Warnock, Leader Stacey Abrams, Mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass, Vice President Kamala Harris, and President Joe Biden. In this role he had also had the privilege of working alongside leading civic-based organizations to produce high-profile events including the first presidential forum focused on women of color, MSNBC’s “She the People,” Google & Politico’s “Women Rule” series, as well as the DNC’s 2019 State of the Union Rebuttal Address. Justin now works on YouTube’s strategy and operations team and spends his spare time foil fencing, playing too many video games, and attempting to corral his rambunctious 5-year-old pit bull named Pippa.
