Kelly Eaton
Kelly Eaton is the Director of the Microsoft Political Action Committee (MSPAC) on the U.S. Government Affairs team. Kelly joined Microsoft in November 2017 and in her current role she oversees the MSPAC program including fundraising, the speaker series, and Redmond campus visits.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Kelly was the Senior Manager of the PAC at Hewlett Packard, Co. During her tenure there, she doubled participation in the PAC and increased contributions and participation by more than 50%. In 2015, she guided their PAC and political programs through the separation of Hewlett Packard into HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
At HPE, she established and launched a new PAC and political program including a new brand, marketing materials, voter education, and grassroots programs.
Kelly has held PAC positions at NextEra Energy, Prudential Financial, Inc., and General Electric. She served as Senior Public Policy Specialist at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and as a Legislative Assistant at Thelen, Reid, and Priest LLP.
Kelly graduated magna cum laude from Siena College. She is originally from upstate New York and relocated to the Pacific Northwest from Washington, D.C. in January 2018.
