Kimberly Mecham

After a career in high tech, Kimberly joined the world of education, first as the Director IT at St. Thomas School, and now leading their design of the Center for Leadership & Innovation.   She is on the Rwanda Girls Initiative board of directors, where her work at their STEM school was recognized by Microsoft Alumni Foundation as a 2017 Inspired Leader.   Under Kimberly's leadership, both St. Thomas School, and the Gashora Girls Academy of Science and Technology are Microsoft Showcase Schools, and she is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert.   The opportunity to work towards the vision of "schools should be among the most innovative places on earth" provides a unique opportunity to combine her passion for technology, innovation, and leadership to make a difference in education.
