Kristen Pugsley-Onsager

Kristen Pugsley-Onsager is an Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft and the lead counsel for Microsoft’s global Consumer Sales Organization. She manages an international team across five time zones that advises on legal and business strategy and helps create agile legal solutions for the distribution, marketing, and sale of Microsoft’s consumer devices, software, content, and services through its direct to consumer and retail partner channels. Passionate about building and leading diverse teams and communities, Kristen has been an active volunteer and leader with the National Association of Women Lawyers as well as within Microsoft’s legal Diversity and Inclusion community. Kristen earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and both a Doctor of Law and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
