Stephanie Stinson

Channeling her love of science, culture, and authentic connections with people, Stephanie's career interests lie in advancing environmental sustainability and stewardship through public service. Stephanie holds a master’s degree from the University of Washington in Marine and Environmental Affairs as well as a certificate in International Development Policy and Management. Prior to returning to school, Stephanie worked in the global development sector in Latin America, with experiences spanning nearly 7 years in Paraguay, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile. During this time abroad, she served twice as a Peace Corps volunteer; taught as an TEFL educator; provided technical consultation as a Fulbright researcher; and worked in public diplomacy and cultural affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Paraguay. Originally from South Florida, Stephanie currently resides in Seattle, Washington. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, making music with her partner, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
