Sun Young Dahlstrom

Sun Young Dahlstrom is currently a senior at North Seattle College majoring in International Business. Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Sun Young decided to come to Seattle in 2012 to start a new chapter in her life. Sun Young went to school in Shanghai, China for four years to get her B.A in Chinese language and culture, and helped to set up a global education center in Korea which developed programs and curricula for students and educators that wanted to have experiences abroad. Sun Young has had a passion for education for most of her life, and has decided to go back to school to find ways to bridge the international business world with the education industry. She hopes to bring a unique perspective to the World Affairs Council with her diverse background and be able to add value as the new Global Classroom intern. Outside of work, Sun Young enjoys walking her dog, exploring different restaurants, and boxing.
