Suzie Carroll

Suzie Carroll is an operations executive who believes collaborative leadership is essential to advancing the goals of mission-driven organizations. Her focus is on building creative coalitions to achieve desired outcomes. She currently serves as Chief of Staff/Chief of Operations for Panorama, a Seattle-based action tank that partners with organizations around the globe to solve complex problems.

Prior to joining Panorama, Suzie held senior roles in international organizations in Washington, DC, for more than a decade. As executive director of the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), which oversees the Voice of America and four other international media networks, she led outreach to Congress, the executive branch, and non-governmental organizations. She also served as chief of staff to the BBG chairman and CEO and worked to align programmatic and operational priorities across its global enterprise. At the Peace Corps, she managed legislative strategy and outreach to U.S. policymakers as director of government relations. Suzie earned a masters in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a bachelor of arts in political science and public policy from UCLA.
