TJ Lunardi
TJ Lunardi is currently the Director of Global Readiness and Opportunity at Microsoft. He brings to this position two decades of experience in the private and public sectors, including as Starbucks Director of Global Intelligence and 18 years as a member of the U.S. Foreign Service. In this latter capacity, he served at U.S. diplomatic missions in Jordan, Iraq, Germany, Montenegro, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, and at the State Department on the staffs of the Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security, the Under Secretary for Management, and then-Secretary Hillary Clinton. He is a graduate of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a past president of GLIFAA, the association of LGBTQ+ employees in federal foreign affairs agencies. He and his husband Marcus, a musician and producer, live in Federal Way.
