Tom Lombardo
Tom has worked for more than 35 years in the financial services industry, and is currently a financial advisor with Baird, focusing on individual and family financial literacy, investing, planning and problem-solving. He has participated on the boards of numerous Seattle area non-profit organizations in the educational and cultural fields. Tom recently stepped down as board president, and past treasurer, of the Seattle Athenaeum (“Folio”), a center for literary, cultural and civic discussions, in the Pike Place Market. Prior to this, he served as both board president and treasurer of the Northwest School of the Arts, Humanities and Environment, a private middle and high school serving local and international students. Tom also teaches English and U.S. Citizenship exam preparation through St. James Cathedral Immigrant Assistance. He is a past World Affairs Council Fellow, and, with his family, has for years enthusiastically hosted dinners with our international visitors through the council’s Global Exchange Program.
